I’m Misti Solomon-Davis, founder and owner of Solomon Consulting since 2018. I founded Solomon Consulting from a deep compassion and understanding of small hospitals and the communities they support. This business is the sequel to years of experience as the Director of Business Development for a small, rural hospital in Tennessee. 


During that time, I developed the very business plan we use today - and it grew that small-town hospital to unexpected levels. The community flourished as a result, and that outcome is the very motivation that drives us to serve as many rural hospitals as we possibly can.
